Terms of Sale

1. Original painting purchases are to be paid in full prior to shipping. If your original is damaged in shipping, we pay for return shipping. Your option is to have the artist repair the painting OR we will issue a full refund.

2. After you receive your painting in good condition and find yourself dissatisfied with it for ANY other reason, you may return the painting in original condition. We offer a 14 day money back guarantee. The buyer pays the return shipping (be sure to save the packing materials). Your purchase becomes final two weeks from date of receipt.

3. You should receive your painting about 7 days after placing your order unless otherwise specified at the time you purchase. The cost for shipping will vary with size of painting and the location of the buyer. We will specify in advance.
