Harvey's "A Nation's Dream" is a charming painting of the nostalgic life in New York City at the turn of the century.  Strong light plays on the sparkling snow in the foreground as trolleys, horse-drawn carriages and Model Ts share the street with scurrying pedestrians as the day draws to a close.
